Why are my settings and personal information changing?

• Is your device being managed with a Profile at Settings > General > VPN & Device Management?
• Do you have other devices that are logged into your account when you go to Settings > [name on top], and scroll down to see the devices on your account?
• What Settings are being changed?
• What Personal information in "Business Communications" is being changed?
• What happens when you attempt to use an app that does not work?
