How can I resolve 'Controller connected but not working in Apple Arcade' issue on tvOS 18.x?

Hi there:


I have this controller (actually, I have 2; same issue with both). I go through the pairing process, and the controller shows up:


Then, any game I try to play in Arcade gives me this:


I'm on TVoS 18.x. I know others have (had) this issue; I see some hits on here for XBOX controllers. But, I did not find anything recent, or anything with a definitive fix. Sure, maybe I missed it...


Anyways...Anyone got a fix for me? Or, a definitive "that controller sucks and won't work"?

Well, I guess this is on me. I got these controllers under the impression that they would work with tvOS. I just heard back from the manufacturer; nope, not supported. Sure, they're both Bluetooth, so it connects, but that's it. New, compatible controller on the way.
