Can't download from the App Store due to verify my billing information

I’ve tried downloading multiple apps and every single time, it says I can’t because it needs to view my billing info— WHICH I ALREADY HAVE. All my information is already on my phone! So why isn’t it working?

Seems your payment-method's provider may not be approving / allowing / payments to Apple ?

If you have disputed a charge from Apple, you may need to tell the provider to authorize payments to Apple again.

or

You may need to authorize international payments with your bank / card-provider or such

or

Maybe the expiry-date is no longer valid.


Else: You may have an unpaid order that needs taking care of?
