I have more than one device backup on new my account with a new iCloud. How do I figure out what other devices are being backed up to my iCloud/AppleId?

On your iPhone, go to Settings > [username] > iCloud then tap the Storage bar at the top of that screen, then tap "Backups." That displays a list of the devices that are backed up to iCloud and gives the name of each.
