cable for extended display

My MacBook Air is connected to an external Apple Display. I need a longer connection cable between them. What type of cable do I need and where can I buy it?

Connecting a MacBook Pro M2 to a 27" Thunderbolt Display? I currently have a 27" Thunderbolt Display connected to my soon-to-be-retired MacBook Pro 2015 via the integrated Thunderbolt / MagSafe IO cable, which means the MacBook is powered by the display without the need to break out the standalone MacBook charger. Macbook Pro and Apple Cinema Display Dear Apple Community, I’m about to purchase a 2023 MacBook Pro M2 which I’d like to connect to my old 24" Apple Cinema Display. However, I'm unsure of what cable or adapter I need to make this connection work. Can someone please advise me on the specific cable or adapter that I need to connect my MacBook Pro M2 to my Apple Cinema Display?
