Why am I being charged repeatedly for the same apps on my iPhone?

I keep getting charged for the 2 apps I JUST paid and it renewed the 26th but it’s trying to charge me again and will not let me download anything because of it!!!!!!!! I am

so over all this makes me

want to get rid of my Apple!!!
