How can I get a refund for an unauthorized app subscription from Apple?

i have requested for a refund for a app I had not subscribed to & it took R900 from my account bank , Apple says my refund is not eligible please help how I can further is , as I could have got hacked . I just need a refund it’s a lot of money .

Subscriptions can only be authorized by you. As subscriptions are “consumed” by the user, it’s unlikely there would be any refund.
