Window tiling settings is not working properly.

Window tiling is a great feature and all BUT settings doesn't seem to work. I tried to disable the tiling from the settings or at least limit it to just holding the option key to work, but it keeps wanting to tile? 🤯

How do I fix this? Please it's very annoying!

Here's an image where I drag the setting app and shows a highlight where it will tile. it should have a white highlight if i pressed the option key. i'm not pressing the option key and it still wants to tile?!
