ok, so my 12 Pro Max is over 4 years old now and the battery isn’t great. I’m also stuck with only being able to charge it wirelessly as the charging port doesn’t seem to work anymore.
Does anybody know what the cost would be to replace the battery and charging port via Apple would be?

If your iPhone is over 4 years old, it should have got a battery replacement by now. If not, you are well overdue for one. Make a reservation at your nearest Apple Store's Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to schedule your battery replacement.
With AppleCare+, it will be free. Without, it will cost $89 US.

Apple does not offer repairs on the charging port but may offer a main board replacement depending on parts availability. Unfortunately, repairs like this are really expensive....in the range of $600 or more U.S. So, you may need to stick to wireless charging.
