How do I remove an unwanted Game Center link from my iPhone contacts?

I just noticed under my contacts where I show myself & all my different emails, a link in the “Game Center” box & am unable to delete it, so far. I don’t use my phone for games & don’t know from where it came, nor do I want it on here. How might I remove it, please?

shortcutActions App Privacy Report Accessing Contacts Just updated my phone to IOS 18.4, noticed in the app privacy report section an app so called shortcutActions accessing my contacts, I don't use shortcuts and don't even have the app installed and was hoping if someone could tell me what this is and if it is just a background process or something. Linked contacts My girlfriend was playing with my iPhone 11pro max and i noticed her contact on my phone has linked contacts(iCloud and gmail specifically)on her contact profile info..none of my other contacts have this so I’m curious as to what this is and how do I remove it. Thanks

Go to Settings/Game Center and turn it off.
