Sequoia Update Replaces App Icons in Finder Toolbar with Generic Folders

I updated to Sequoia 15.4. The application icons I placed in my Finder toolbar are gone and replaced with generic blue folders.

How do I restore the icons (Safari, Mail, Messages, etc)?

Thank you.

Mac Studio, macOS 15.4

If you updated or upgrade—

Hold the Command key and drag off to Remove the folders from the Finder tool bar and drag back your preferred to refresh.

you can drag and drop about anything into the tool bar for easy access...

ex. Tool bar

the update/upgrade does not retain this custom change.
