Cannot delete Old Firefox Data folder on desktop

I used to have Firefox on my MacBook Pro but uninstalled it. However, I cannot delete the Old Firefox Data folder that is on the desktop. I send it to the bin/trash and then empty but it comes back. I've tried moving it to a different part of the laptop (OneDrive) but it comes back. The only thing I can think of is that my desktop is sync'd with iCloud. Is iCloud somehow not letting me delete this folder? If so, how do I get around this because it is really annoying?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 15.3

Are you sync between devices?
