Just installed the latest update and can no longer to make or get any phone calls without using WiFi. When will this be fixed.

If you can only send and receive calls on Wi-Fi, I will assume that you cannot on your cellular connection. Both your calls and cellular connection are controlled by your carrier so you should report both issues and resolve it with them.
