Can't download apps from App Store

Thank you for the additional information. It sounds like either you do not have a payment added to your Apple account or your payment method is not working.

To add a payment method, Open the Settings app.

1. Tap your name.
2. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple Account.
3. Tap Add Payment Method.
