only have about 28 gb of data on the iPhone that requires backup. I am doing it on my home wifi which is fast. My phone is plugged in. I have 2 TB of storage in iCloud. it did say say it needed 6 hours to complete, overtime it worked it up to 10 hours, then 1 day and now stating it will take 2 day. The blue bar has stuck at about 35% for about 20 hours.

Lock the device and leave it alone so it can finish the process, by the looks of it this is your first time backing up and it will take a long time.
