Why can't I purchase season 3 of Dance Moms on Apple TV

On my Apple TV account, it says that I can purchase seasons 3, and 7 through 9 (see attached), (I already purchased season 1, 2, and 4). However, when I click on the button that says "purchase seasons 3, 7-9", season 3 doesn't come up as an option for me to purchase. Why is this happening and how can I fix this?

Complete tv series not available on Apple TV app Hey there, I have noticed recently that completed series are not available for purchase through the Apple TV app. No matter if you check on a Mac or Apple TV box, there is only the option to purchase individual seasons. I understand no every show is going to have the option to purchase the entire series. But shows such as The Wire, The Office, and Downton Abbey all go on sale for the complete series with only the option to purchase individual seasons. How to Browse and Purchase TV Complete Series and/or Box Sets using Apple TV App I frequently browsed through available boxed sets and Complete TV Series offerings for purchase on iTunes which led me to purchase many of them. Since the forced conversion to the Apple TV app I am unable to locate where I can browse the new series available for purchase as a box set. Where do I find both the newly released box sets and a listing of ALL available box sets of the complete series now on the Apple TV App? I would love to browse and purchase both for myself and for other family members and friends. Eliminating this option is most definitely costing Apple sales. There is no way I could afford to purchase at the inflated season by season rate being charged living on a fixed income during this economy, but the Complete Series price allows me to make multiple purchases of a variety of content.

Getting AppleTV to play the show I purchased on my TV I purchased a season of MadMen. When I try to play it on my TV, via the AppleTV app, it does not acknowledge that I purchased the program. It sends me to the "purchase it now to watch" page. How do I get my TV to synch with my purchase?

It is usually based on what the content provider sends to Apple to be available in the store, but it does seem strange that it lists season 3 in the first screen and then doesn't present it as available to purchase. Best to contact Apple to verify what the issue is. This is only a user support forum.
