iPhone 14 activation locked

So i recently bought an iphone 14 from facebook marketplace. The previous owner forgotten his password and didnt have the tools to restore it by himself and didnt want to pay anyone to do it so he sold it. After i did a restoration I tried putting in the information they gave to me but it was incorrect so i asked if it was right they said it was correct, I have already asked apple support to do a remote activation lock removal including all the required information including proof of purchase by previous owner and its currently my 3rd try of trying to request it, the previous 2 times were not able to be completed. I dont know what to do now
