My AirPods 4 case is not displayed in the Battery Widget

My AirPods appear as a pair in the widget and the charging case never appears in the widget on my Mac and iPhone. i have ios18.4 and i have reset my airpods many times.

Hello izz_35

Try to restart your iPhone by pressing volume up and then down and hold the power button until you see the apple logo. If it continues not showing the case try to change the battery widget or remove the widget and add it again

Hi adli197

i tried this but the problem is not fixed, my airpods case still doesnt appear and when i play sound in the FindMy, the sound comes out only from airpods not from the case. i also connect to a different device called accessory while trying to connect to my airPods via bluetooth too.
