I accidentally deleted an album in my Memories on my iPhone 15!!! Please help!!! Can I recover it?

Deleted Memories are not saved by Photos.
It is not documented by Apple if the Memories are saved as apart of the backup of the iPhone. You could try, if the Memory will come back, when you try to restore your iPhone from the asteroid backup you made, while you still had the Memory. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
Otherwise you will have to recreate the Memory. Deleting the Memory will just remove the Memory, but not delete the photos and videos. They should still be in your Photos Library.
