How to set passcode for specific apps on iPad Pro?

Hi. I use an iPad Pro running 16.1.1 iPad OS. I want to set passcode to few apps like I can do on iPhone. I set a passcode for the iPad but when I long press on the app icon,I can’t find the use passcode option that is seen in iPhone in the quick action menu. I want to know if this is possible at all as I want to protect few apps from being accessed by ppl.I am attaching screenshot to show what I mean. This is on telegram app.

The option to lock apps with passcodes universally is not available on iOS 16. It was only added with iOS and iPadOS 18.
