How do I fix my dropped iPhone showing SOS mode?

I dropped my phone and now it says SOS I can’t call out or receive calls and same thing with texts unless in hooked up to Wi-Fi and it’s and iMessage

Usually with SOS, it's a carrier issue, but the fact you dropped your phone could have cause some internal damage. The first thing I'd try is to remove the SIM card in your phone, then reinsert it and hopefully, the fall just dislodged it and reinserting it will solve this for you. If it doesn't, your next step will be to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation.
