Inbound calls go to voicemail when connected to my home wifi

If I am at home and connected to my wi-fi any calls I have coming in are going straight to my voicemail. I have wi-fi calling turn on in my settings. If I disconnect from the wi-fi my call come in normally.

1. Restart Your iPhone – Open Settings ➡️ General (scroll all the way down) ➡️ Shut Down. Then start up the iPhone. A simple reboot can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

2. Toggle Wi-Fi Calling – Go to Settings ➡️ Phone ➡️ Wi-Fi Calling, turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.

3. Check Carrier Settings – Go to Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About and see if a carrier update is available.

4. Reset Network Settings – Go to Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer or Reset iPhone ➡️ Reset ➡️ Reset Network Settings (this will erase saved Wi-Fi networks, so you’ll need to reconnect).

5. Contact Your Carrier – If the issue persists, your carrier may need to refresh your account settings.

I had a similar problem after updating to iOS 18. What had happened was that my telco required an emergency address to be set before wifi calling could be enabled, but by enabling and then disabling wifi calling before going through the emergency address process it locked my phone out from receiving calls when connected to wifi. After going through the full wifi calling enable process and then disabling it I was able to receive calls again.
