Why are my AirPods Max not connecting after iOS update?

Yesterday I update my iPhone to iOS 18.4. My AirPods Max when I take them off the charger and take them out of the case, the indicator does not respond to button presses. If I put them in the case and pull them out, the indicator will light up, but the headphones will not connect to any device. Also, I can't enter the pairing mode, the white indicator just lights up and then goes out. Restarting also does not help, after the orange blinks, the indicator simply goes out. Please help me somebody💔💔, I think this can be software problem?
