Hi there, I bought a Iphone 16 pro. Bought also a new Magsafe wallet. When I try to connect is, the Iphone gives the message "not your cardholder" or in Dutch "Niet jouw kaarthouder". Since both devices are brand new, in the offical Apple packages: how to solve this?

Did you purchase both of these from an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller? This error message would appear if the wallet was either used prior or it is defective. Regardless, you will need to contact Apple Support directly to get this resolved as the issue is on their end.
