Keychain Access app won't let me delete keys

I'm having a problem with MS Teams - it has an old login email, and no matter what I do, it will not let me log into my newer account. I've deleted and reinstalled Teams, and I have deleted some Teams keys in the keychain app, but the keychain app will not allow me to delete several of them, specifically "Microsoft Teams (work or school) Safe Storage", "Microsoft Teams Safe Storage", "Microsoft Teams Vault" (multiple copies), "teamslv" and "teamsKey"

How do I force delete keys in the keychain app?
