How do I delete all these Temu ads on every site on my iPhone?

I have pop up blockers on my iPad and iPhone but I keep getting Temu ads everywhere. They pop up constantly when I play games, on my email, I try to look up something on Safari or Google and multiple Temu ads appear. I don’t want Temu. It all started within the past 2 months.
