My new mac wont let me turn on Siri. It states the "organizational management" has turned it off????? I am the only one using my Mac. I am set as the administrator and I have not found a way to access the "Organizational Manager" How did that happen?

You didn't ask any questions. Yes, I already read the same link you provided. The link was not helpful, that's why I asked the community for help. Thanks to Apple Support, they assisted with removing the administrator manager and coached me through permissions.
I can not turn on Siri. When I do, I get a message that it is managed by an organization which has disabled Siri. There is no organization.
You did not answer any part of the question asked and provided no acknowledgment that you read the information in the link I provided and tried it. All you did was repeat your original complaint.
