When I write in title case, I'm automatically being changed to lower case (sentence structure). Then I have go and tap on and change them to the way I want. I have turned off auto-capitalization & predictive text.
Shouldn't this just do what I write.

The OP needs to ask the app developer why this is happening. Not an Apple/ipad issue.
