What should I do when my iPhone 15 keep turning off

My phone has been turning off and doesn’t come on back until I turn it on, when I turn it on it has the battery percentage as 10% after it turn off and I put it on the charger and it turn on it has like 50+ percentage.

I don’t know what to do, it keep on happening constantly..

what should I do?
