How do I create a shortcut for switching between 4G and 5G in iPhone settings?

Hi, im trying to create a shortcut to open voice & data in the settings as im always switching between 4G and 5G but going in through the settings etc, a shortcut would be very handy but i cant get it to go that deep into thew settings could anyone help me please? either write the code or explain how, thanks
