I got my phone seized by police I have a esim and I erased by phone by find my iPhone, will that still erase with esim as its not a physical one as its iPhone 13 Pro max I believe I was spiked, and has psychotic episode,

If a factory reset does not clear everything including the eSIM, check with Apple Support.
Note: I’m assuming this iPhone was returned to you. if you remote-erased it, you’re quite possibly headed for legal trouble.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but a device seized by the police as evidence and you tamper with it you are risking a felony charge of tampering with evidence.
