Fonts in Outlook on iMac

I've just traded myself to an iMac after 8 years of using a MacBook Pro, and am loving it so far.

One question though. I use Apple Mail for my work email, and MS Outlook for my personal email, and it works well to keep the 2 separate.

With Outlook, I can change the default fonts - I like to send my emails in blue - but I've noticed that when replying to an email, the original message shows up in blue was well. I'm sure it didn't on my MBP. Is there a way to keep the original message as it was sent and just have my reply in my blue font?

Changing "Reply or forward" changes everything, not just my reply

Thanks
