I updated my MacBook Air M2 yesterday. After the update, my wired HP keyboard and mouse stopped working. They were working perfectly before the update. Can anyone suggest what I should do?

How so have they stopped working ?
Simple Test.
Use the Builtin Keyboard and Trackpad of the computer
Do they work ?
Move the HP wired Keyboard and wired Mouse to a MS Windows computer
Do they work there ?
Wired HP accessories stopped working with MacBook Air M2 after the update
