How do I restore a subscription in the App Store when it's not upgrading correctly?
I purchased a monthly subscription in the App Store and was charged for it on March 27. The act did not upgrade appropriately, and it’s continually asking me to upgrade to the enhanced subscription. However, when I go to upgrade, the Apple Store tells me that I’m already subscribed and my next payment will be withdrawn on April 27. Technical support for the app told me to restore the purchase, but I don’t see any option anywhere to do that. I already tried to delete and reinstall the application. That did not work. Any suggestions on how I can restore the premium upgrade to the application?
