How can I delete a recurring payment that I added mistakenly
I evidently added a recurring payment to YouTube without realizing I already had one. How can I delete it?

To review a subscription that is managed by Apple using an in-app purchase, you can cancel by following the steps here:
View or cancel app subscriptions on iPhone - Apple Support
If the subscription is not visible there, then it was made with YouTube directly and you will need to contact them about cancelling.
