Pop-ups on wrong monitor

Since moving to Sequoia 15.3.2, I can't get pop-ups from Safari or Chrome to automatically open on the 2nd monitor. I can manually drag them across, but can't get them to automatically open there anymore. I've searched online for solutions but am baffled.

I have a MacBookPro connected to a second monitor and this worked fine before the recent upgrade.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any solutions? Thanks so much.

Perhaps now the macOS you had, did not get a recent update

to macOS Sequoia 15.4 ~ that might contain missing parts to

make the system 'up to date' again.

See links with details about Apple security releases here:

More than a few items are shown & provide installer link too.

By date; & some may have appeared in the update settings.

You may also check and see if 'Safe mode' startup helps;

as links to facilitate that, has more than one instruction.

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

//support.apple.com/en-us/116946 seems OK

[But may not have correct one in browser anymore.]
