Why are Open App & Shortcuts missing from my iPad Control Center?

As with iPhone, I want to use the ‘open app’ and shortcuts functions when using control center. There is nothing. I have an ipad mini 6.

Control centre shortcut disappeared! Iphone 16 Pro, ios 18.3.1 Ok, So I had a shortcut to open settings in my control centre, been using it for weeks, worked this morning. This afternoon it won't work, so I removed it to replace it to see if it would fix it but it's missing from the "add control" library altogether! There hasn't been an update or anything, just gone like a glitch in the matrix! Anyone else have this problem?

"Settings" app totally disappeared from my iPad! Hello. I have a very strange issue, but it is serious. While using my ipad (10th gen) I decided to go to Settings, but I noticed that it is not on my home screen, even in the App Library when I search for it! It is gone! The only way I managed to go in Settings is from the Search menu, which you can access by swiping down from the home screen. When I type "settings" there are popping up a few options, for example an accessibility setting. And that's the only way I can access to my Settings app. This is really scary, why this app will disappear from the App Library in the first place? I am uploading some screenshots so you can see exactly what I mean. I really hope there is some explanation and a fix for that. Please, help.

I see these icons on my iPad using the same process I use on the iPhone.

Open Control Center
Tap the plus sign in the upper left.
Tap “Add a Control” at the bottom.
Enter “Ope…” in the search bar on top.
