Location Sharing on my iPhone keeps turning itself off

I have Share location with 1 member of my family, we used to note that at times "I stopped" sharing my location, but I never change that, I had an old X with battery issues so I blamed on it, I recently updated to a 16 Pro Max and been having the same problem, at times, it stops sharing my location altogether, it's turned off when i go to settings and "share location"...

What can it be??
