Apple Watch Sending Numerous Notifications in Sleep Mode

I have mirrored my apple watch 10 to my phone to be in sleep mode and silent mode, but WHILE I AM sleeping I still get prompted to stand up, continue my workout, be notified of my "activity ring status", receive texts/phone call... my watch appears MORE ACTIVE while I am sleeping. I have not worn my watch to bed for 8 weeks due to this because I cannot fix it! I also often cannot 'end my workout' so the green light continues to try to measure / collect data all day/night. My first apple watch and after a few weeks it is a pain in my life not an asset. $900 investment that is very disappointing.

I assume you sleep at night, ie you are not on shift work. Else dont use sleep monitoring.

Asking Siri to silence all notifications us like asking the kids to wash the car. Results will be disappointing.

Un-pair the watch.

Set it up as NEW. no backup.

Set DND focus on the iphone using Settings, Focus.

Finally ensure you meet your stand goal by bef time, or reduce the goal so you do

By Silent Mode I hope you meant you also set a Do Not Disturb focus to cover the period of your sleep

Yes, do not disturb as I tell Siri to silence all notifications. Regardless it should mirror my phone. And why tell me that it is time to stand at the same time that you are recording my "deep sleep"? Obviously I am sleeping! Or trying to.
