You can try reportaproblem.apple.com. I've not seen refunds for subscriptions and those are effectively "consumed" right away.

If you didn’t purchase these, then change your Apple Account, passwords, passkeys, passcodes, it’s all compromised. You'll want to fix all of that before requesting a refund, too. Also enable two-factor authentication, if not already.
