Unable to complete Apple Account set up for Xcode installation

I am trying to install "xcode" on my machine. After signing into my apple account in the appstore it asks for me to enter the details. But even after filling all the details and clicking on the continue button, gives the follower errors as shown in the screenshot.

xcodebuild repeatedly trying to install, keeps asking for password. I recently upgraded to macOS Ventura. I keep getting a prompt that says, "xcodebuild is trying to install Apple software. Enter your password to allow this." I enter my password. The prompt goes away. However, later that day and the next day, the same prompt appears attempting to install Apple software and asks for my password again. How do I get xcodebuild to successfully install Apple software so that this prompt stops appearing? Again, this started happening when I upgraded to macOS Ventura. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Apple Devices app, wont install on windows When I attempt to install the Apple Devices app on Win10, it never gets past the initial splash screen with message, "Retrieving Information from the Microsoft Store...". I don't see any posts about this on MS support, so thought I'd check here.

Try and exit the setup and start it again to see if the issues persist
