Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Another thing to check is wall outlet. Make sure the outlet the power adapter is plugged into is live. Perhaps the outlet's circuit breaker (or fuse) has tripped.

You could also try using another power adapter or charging cable.

Finally make sure there's no lint inside the phone's charging port. Pinch a few strands of a clean soft paint brush to gently clear the port.

Your iPhone 11 is at least 4 years old and as much as 5+ depending on when the phone was manufactured.

Even if the phone is closer to 4 than anything else, it is long overdue for a new battery.

If the Forced Restart does not help.....(it appears that it doesn't)......you know what to do next.

A new battery is about $100 at the Apple Store.....make an appointment.....or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop in your area. You can find authorized locations using the link just below:

Find Locations

A new battery will give you another 3 years or so of good service.
