will oxygen monitor on apple watch 10 bought in Europe still work in the us

The apple watch 10 in the US does not have blood oxygen monitor. If I bought an apple watch in Europe or Asia, will the blood oxygen monitor still work if I brought it to the US? Thank you.

Would an Apple Watch ultra 2 bought in the us work in Europe? I am a bit confused as I have read that the apple watch in the US and in Europe is the same model (A2986). The only difference I could find was the LTE band support, and that the US model does not list band 20 as a support LTE band. Is this a difference in the models or just which bands are in use in the different regions. I have checked the Servicing Cell info where I live, and I have noticed that band 20 sometimes is in use. Would this mean that it would be a bad idea to buy an apple watch ultra 2 during my vacation in the US?

Apple Watch Ultra 2 from USA in Europe I am considering buying an Apple Watch Ultra 2 in the USA and using it in Germany. I understand from some research that this was not possible with the first Ultra watch (link: Apple watch ultra from USA in Europe - Apple Community) However, looking at the specifications for the Apple Watch Ultra 2 it seems like it is exactly the same model being sold in the USA and in Europe (link: Apple Watch - Carriers - Apple). So is it save to buy the Ultra 2 in one continent and use in another?

It should work if you're just visiting and make no changes to your Apple ID region. However, I believe it will stop working if you change your region to the U.S.
