One of my airpods gets so loud that i can't have them in my ears!

I am having airpods pro 2 - my 2nd pair now. I have overall been satisfied with the airpods, but now i am having trouble with them... My left airpod gets so loud, that i can't have it in my ear. I can lay it on a table, and i can hear it playing from 15 feet away?!

It bounces around like crazy, and i can't have balanced audio, even if i turn the slider for sound balance all the way to the right, right before it stops playing at all. It is irritating, sometimes it just comes back... I suddenly hear a "puf" and then it starts playing loud as ****!

The noise cancellation starts breezing with a crackling sound and a breeze. What do i do?
