Apple Payment & Shipping won’t update my Debit Card’s expiration date and security code

Very frustrated!!!

I use a debit card and I had to replace it due to being warn out. My new card has the same card number, but different expiration date and different security code.

I have edited my csrd’s information in subscriptions in Tools on my iPhone and also through subscriptions in the app store. It states my card info has been updated but then reverts back to the old card which my account continues to state as being expired.

so I tried to delete my card on file so I could add the new updated card and apple said I couldn’t delete it due to having recurrent subscriptions on it.

So then I temporarily canceled all open subscriptions through my ID on my iPhone and through the App store and tried again to delete the card that Apple claims to be expired and once again I was told that I can’t delete it due to open subscriptions on my account.

how do I fix this. My iPhone is linked to my credit union where the updated image of my new card is clearly visible. So, I don’t know what else to do.

i did speak with my credit union just a few minutes ago and they had put my card in suspension on Monday evening due to suspected fraud and at my request they have canceled their fraud claim. So, I will try again and see if it updates and if not, I will call Apple Support.
