Unable to reinstall Sky Go app on my iMac

I had this on my iMac but it has disappeared and now the Sky Go Installer isn't working. I've been on all the Sky forums but nothing suggested has worked!

Have you tried to download it directly from the Sky website?

https://www.sky.com/pages/sky-go/download-the-app

It seems there is no version of the app on the Mac app store anymore, so if you had that, it may no longer be functional, and you may need the version from the Sky website directly.

Many thanks for the replies but I asked my husband to look into it and we discovered that I needed to install Rosetta even there was no prompt for this! If you copy and paste If you need to install Rosetta on Mac

(sorry I couldn't get it to work as a link!) there are simple instructions to follow so hopefully this might be of use to others.

What year model iMac and what macOS version is it running...?

SkyGo requires using a Mac that is running macOS 11 Big Sur or later.
