Error "Siri didn't quite get that, Try again" on iPhone 7 with iOS 15.8.4 update

I have an iPhone 7 with iOS version 15.8.4, model LLA, and A1660. The microphones on my phone are functioning properly, as they work well during calls and when recording audio. However, I encounter an error when trying to activate Siri. No matter which language I select, Siri does not activate on my device.

I went to the network settings and reset them, but the issue remains unresolved. I even tried using headphones to activate Siri, but I still couldn't get it to work. The following error message appears:

"Siri didn't quite get that. Try again."

My previous update was 15.8.3, and I recently updated to the new version, but my problem still persists. I want to emphasize that the microphones on my phone are in good condition and there are no hardware issues.

Please let me know how I can resolve my issue.
