Flip the side switch up for ringer and turn the volume up.
go into settings - sounds and make adjustment there.
I fixed it : 1. Check connected Bluetooth Devices.
Settings>Bluetooth showed Slim Portfolio Pro keyboard (connected) and LinkBud S (Sony earbuds - only ones small enough for my ears) (not connected). I forgot the LinkBud S connection and may have turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on. I know I reconnected the keyboard. Sound for the Youtubes about how to fix sound (I didn't bother watching).
