Transferring data from Apple 13 IPhone to 16Pro

"Transferring data from Apple 13 IPhone to 16Pro: The transfer was going well but now the new Iphone says 'Quickly Set Up New IPhone' and it says 'looking for near by devices' I have the old and new close together but it seems to be stuck hert. It has been maybe an hour. The old phone says "Keep this iPhone near your new phone whilde your information is being transferred". What can I do to get this moving again. Also I thought it was supposed to show how much time is required to finish but I dont see that. Thanks for your help."

If so... Reset your new iPhone to Factory Settings, and then perform a Quick Start.
