Can wearing an Apple Watch daily affect wrist bone density over time?
I have had a apple watch with GPS series 5 and I wear it daily but not for sleep. Today I went for my bone density test and was told I lost bone density in my left wrist since last year in the spot where I wear the watch. ( I am right handed and wear the watch on the left). I know this has happened to others and some say as we age and have thin skin if the watch is worn snuggly it can diminish blood supply causing lost of bone density so caution should be taken as we age (I am 73) and have very thin skin.
